The mortal realm’s second largest continent, Africa hosts one of the most impressive combinations of wild fauna found in the whole world - where herbivores, carnivores, aquatic life and jungle creatures can be found roaming the plains with little interference from mortals. In contrast to the lush rainforests and savannah plains that dominate the southern and central areas, the northern regions of Africa are arid in nature, consisting primarily of desert.
