-Endurance: 30 (Reizo's unique reiryoku imbues him with stamina beyond and onlookers wildest expectations. Naito has developed an incredible immunity to pain and physical damage, this is possibly because the tremendous amount of pain his life has been filled with.)
Dexterity
-Agility: 30 ( Despite the Kenpachi's sickly appearance, the man is possibly one the fastest Shinigami in Soul Society in history. He began specializing in Shunpo when he realized his blocking was useless)
-Accuracy: 25 (Reizo has a very offensive style and this calls for his strikes to have pin-point precision as he does not want to waste an opportunity to kill his opponent)
Zanjustu
-Attack: 30 ( Naitos's fighting style and his even his Zankpatuo design is designed for pure offense, and thusly all his prowess goes into killing his opponent)
-Defense: 5 (Although capable of blocking, blocking with his Zanpaktuo is incredibly hard, thusly he relies on his speed and shikai rather than the defensive side of Zanjutsu)

Presence
-Charisma: 5 (Due to lack of speaking, and interacting with other Shinigami, Reizo is not exactly the most charismatic Captain)
-Leadership: 20 (He has the respect and loyalty of his division, be it that they respect his power or [the more common one] they fear it)

Reizo Naito~The Juichibantai Taicho, or more commonly known as The Ghost Kenpachi
The first thing that one would notice about Reizo is the ventilator that covers his mouth and nose. This purple and black ventilator is the only thing, besides his undying willpower, that keeps him alive.
The next thing one would notice about the man is his sickly state. Reizo towers above of the other Shinigami and that height adds to his intimidation factor. However despite that, one can easily notice the obvious symptoms of "Charon's Breath". He appears to have a very fragile structure and this backed up by his slightly lanky appearance. However underneath his torn clothing Reizo is an actually a surprisingly lean (for someone who has a condition as severe as his) body, although the emaciation is quite clear. This is due to the excessive amount of battles he enters and training the 11th Division Captain does on a daily basis, to keep himself in fighting shape.
Despite the fact that anyone can see the grave toll "Charon's Breath" has taken on the Ghost Kenpachi, Naito is actually a very conscious dresser. His hair lies just long enough to obscure his ears, each of which is pierced with numerous silver rings. Only those he loves and cares about greatly have seen his face in person, and even then they are sworn to secrecy. Despite the fact that his face is never seen in public, the few rumors that make their way around the Gotei 13 state that his face is ghostly and breathtaking. Unfortunately, these rumors remain unexplored. Many would find his unique looks incredibly attractive, however due his withdrawn personality makes him one of the more solitary Captains.
STOLEN IMAGE
Close Up of the Kenpachi's Face
Reizo Naito is a Captain that hasn't bothered to actively alter his uniform in any way. His haori and black undergarments look decently average from far away. Once one gets closer, however, they can see that Naito's clothing is ripped along the arms, legs, and torso. These tears and cuts are from the numerous battles the Kenpachi enters on a daily basis, whether for training or in defense of Soul Society. Naito's pale skin has many of these cuts as well. Because of Naito's unique Reiatsu, the entire area around him is chilled and cold in a way that suggests that death is near. This temperature drop causes the breath of his ventilator to stream out like a white trail; a leaking soul. Kenpachi Naito carries his Zanpakuto, Yuurei, in a sheathe that's strapped diagonally across his back. This blade takes the form of an unusually long katana with a purple and black hilt. The blade has no tsuba, which makes it extremely difficult to block with. This doesn't bother Naito at all. The Kenpachi always claims that blocking isn't conducive to his fighting style.
STOLEN IMAGE
The Kenpachi does not care for care for his clothing and is riddled with countless scars and tears.
It's extremely rare that Naito will ever enter a Gigai (an artificial Human body) and walk amongst the world of the living, but when he does, his appearance is almost always the same. His disease, Charon's Breath, is unaffected by the transfer into a fake body since his normal one remains unchanged within it. Because of this, he is forced to wear a ventilator on his Gigai, making it incredibly difficult for him to fit in without attracting attention from the Human population.

__________________________________________________
Personality- Reizo is cold, brutal, seemingly emotionless and quiet. His personality is colored by his disease in almost every way. Naito's short lifespan and rapidly approaching death have only proved to increase his drive to become stronger, and this drive has manifested itself in his reiryoku. This reiryoku has given him the legendary qualities that have made him famous as the most powerful physically-oriented fighter. It’s his finely honed willpower that gives him the power to control it, the drive to become stronger and to achieve his unending goal in life.
Unlike many other Captains who only fight when it's required, Naito is willing to put any enemy to the sword. To him, it's less about fighting, or even the communication of warriors, and more about finding someone who can finally kill him and save him from the horrible death he might otherwise suffer through. Because of his life of pain, Naito has developed an incredible immunity to physical damage. No matter how hurt he is, the Kenpachi never seems to realize the extent of his injuries, and if he does, he just doesn't care.
Naito is a terrifyingly aggressive fighter who shows no emotion or remorse in battle. He has long since accepted that his life is running on borrowed time, so he almost never backs down just because his injuries are mounting up. Because of his reckless, borderline suicidal style of combat, Naito is never considered a good choice for casual missions or training exercises. The few Shinigami who have seen his Zanpakuto released keep the relationship even more professional.
Reizo became the most feared Captain, reputation-wise, when he brutally slaughtered the previous 11th Division Captain, who was thought by the majority of Soul Society to be the strongest Kenpachi in centuries. Most of the Shinigami are terrified to meet him, after the incident where he accidentally killed a group of academy students simply by getting to close to them. Even the most powerful foes are taken aback, however so slightly it may be, when they witness his intimidating stature and cold and deathly rieatsu.
Above all else, Naito is a withdrawn individual who has very little care for social interaction. This psychological standpoint comes from many sources, but the primary one is the extreme pain that he suffers not only every time he inhales, but every time he talks. Those few words that he deems worthy enough to suffer through to say should always be taken as important, and the other Captains generally know never to take him lightly. Most of his Division is more used to interpreting his glares, using the coldness of his rieatsu, and reading hand-written notes than actually speaking to their Captain.
However, those who he truly loves and cares for have seen his other, almost never revealed, side. When he is with someone he cares for diligently, he does not care about the pain of talking and will talk simply for their sake, and even remove his visor so they may see his true appearance. When this happens he reveals that he is a surprisingly understanding and soft-spoken person. He is kind and caring, only to the very few who matter, and even in public he tries to help and protect them, as subtly as possible, while still maintaining his emotionless and indifferent personality.

Strengths- The 11th Division Kenpachi's source and reason of his insane physical prowess, is his unique reiryoku. This reiryoku is his unwavering will to live and his never-ending strive to get stronger manifesting itself physically. It that bolsters The Kenpachi’s physical abilities far beyond that of the other Captains and into legendary realms, gifting him with unmatched physical capabilities. He is capable of physically overwhelming anyone outside of the Captain-Commander, and he uses his sickly appearance and stature to make his opponents underestimate him, right before he ends their life.
The first, and one of most glaring, aspects of Reizo's reiryoku bolstering is his inhumane strength. Despite his incredibly fragile stature, Reizo’s physical strength is actually monstrously immense. This is partly to his uniquely oppressive and overwhelming reiatsu. Reizo can bust large holes into wall without any effort and can even lift up entire buildings with one hand. He has shown to easily shatter even the hardest material with a mere punch. He can stop powerful strikes and deflect even Cero’s bare-handed. He is capable of creating massive shockwaves that with enough power, can send unprepared Captain-Class enemies flying, by simply swinging his sword and is able to slice through even the hardest materials, nonchalantly, with flicks of his wrist.
Despite his sickly condition, Naito's is incredibly fast for someone who is a diseased as him. He shown to be able to Flash Step vast distances and at incredible speeds, several times, and show no sign of fatigue. He is capable of dodging simultaneous attacks at close range and the evasion of Bankai level techniques and is skilled enough in his movements to evade at high speeds even when being attacked from behind. Captain-Class opponents, that have not devoted a large amount of time into the art of Shunpo, have a very hard time even tracking his most obvious movements and for anyone beneath Captain-Class level, he is perceived to be so fast that one cannot discern his movements and attacks until after they have taken place, usually it seeming like he hasn't even moved as they take in the fact that they have been struck.
The most surprising factor about Reizo Naito is that, while being the Captain of a Division that relies only on brute strength and physical prowess, he actually has a very intelligent and experienced mind. Having over more than a millennium of experience in combat, he has been in thousands of battles and witnessed thousands more. He can determine ones fighting style from analyzing simply there rieatsu and he is capable of quickly adjusting to new developments and making quick decisions accordingly. Even though he keeps his surprisingly high intellect hidden by his lack of communication and interaction, many of the older Captains know of it after witnessing it in action in battle.
One of the more terrifying aspects of the Ghost Kenpachi is his ability to fight no matter how many injuries he has sustained. His physical strength is matched by his durability, Kenpachi has been shown to effortlessly ignore most of the injuries he's sustained in battle (much like a berserker), not suffering any debilitation despite having multiple slash wounds in his body His physical strength is matched by his durability, Kenpachi has been shown to easily ignore most of the injuries he's sustained in battle (much like a berserker), not suffering any debilitation despite having multiple slash wounds in his body. In previous battles, he has suffered numerous slash wounds and was even impaled with no visual impairment of his fighting abilities despite the other Captain's noting that anyone else would have already been dead at that point.

The Juichibantai's Captains legendary rieatsu
The most terrifying thing about Reizo Naito is his monstrous and unique reiatsu. To say his spiritual pressure is immense is an understatement. His rieatsu has been shown to be powerful enough to affect entire areas to the point of disrupting energy attacks from enemies, and cause others from seemingly miles away to enter a state of paralysis and confusion, even the most powerful enemies are still unnerved by how dense and sinister his rieatsu is. He has to constantly constrain his rieatsu so he doesn't kill off other weaker Shinigami by accident. When unleashing a strong enough surge of energy, it becomes visible and a sickly, yet terrifying, purple in color. Because of Naito's unique Reiatsu, the entire area around him is chilled and cold in a way that suggests that death is near, so one can always tell if he is approaching by a temperature drop, even if he is a mile away. He can also use it as a sort of armor, making it impossible for him to be harmed by nothing less than the most skilled or powerful opponents. This is comparable to an Arrancar's Hierro, although only a high-ranked Espada's Hierro would match it. He has also demonstrated enough control to focus and unleash his spiritual pressure in the form of a powerful shockwave. When using both hands, his shock wave can cause a huge radius of destruction. Another effect of this spiritual power is the sheer "weight" of his spiritual pressure. While it doesn't quite reach the classification of a Captain-Commander's Reiatsu, Naito's is as close as one can expect to get without having the time and experience of the station. Perhaps this is because of the impending doom that lies on Naito's soul - at most, he has a century left before his disease progresses too far for him to continue. For a Human, that amount of time may seem very significant. To a Shinigami, who may have otherwise lived for millennium, it's equal to less than a year by comparison.
All of this combined with his incredibly offensive and border-line suicidal attack style and his amazing prowess with his Zanpaktuo makes him possibly the most powerful physical fighter in the history of the Soul Society.

Weaknesses
STOLEN IMAGE
Naito in his personal quarters...
Although his physical capabilities are legendary, its comes at a great cost. Plagued by a genetic disease Naito has suffered from painful, degenerative lung atrophy since his early childhood. Captain Reizo suffers from an inborn, progressive disease called "Charon's Breath" that eats away at the spiritual particles in his lungs and threatens his well-being on a daily basis. To keep himself from dying due to suffocation and internal bleeding, Naito wears a black and purple ventilator that covers his mouth and nose. The purple and black ventilator across his mouth and nose allows him to filter spiritrons (spiritual particles) from the atmosphere (via a series of tubes and spirit particle converters), which travel down a tube in his throat and heal his degenerated lungs. While he has multiple copies of this device for safety purposes, its design has been streamlined compared to former incarnations. His disease makes every day day a painful living hell. Each breath is painful and talking is even more so, not only that Naito's prognosis is less than a decade, making him incredibly aware of his own ironic mortality as a so-called "God of Death".
On a more emotional level, his reluctance to talk has made his abilities to communicate quite low and it has made him a very uncharismatic character. Although when he arrive on the battlefield, he inspires quite a bit of motivation just by being there, the Shinigami are more scared that he'll accidentally kill on of them with his destructive prowess. This combined makes the Shinigami try to avoid him and shun him to a mild extent.
Many people don't see the emotional scars he has underneath he emotionless and fearless face. The toll of knowing he;s going to die, and the death of his lover, has voided him of all compassion for others, and in turn he constantly berates himself and labels himself as a monster, a killer, and animal who's only drive is to kill and die. Despite the fact that his mind subconsciously begs to find someone who loves him, he constantly tells people that if they give him compassion none will be returned. This leads to him being labeled just that by almost everyone in Soul Society.

Zanpakuto
Yuurei (Ghost)
Sealed- Yuurei, in it's unreleased form, appears to be a somewhat long katana with a black/purple hilt and no cross-guard. The blade itself seems a bit unwieldy and the longer length (approx two and a half shaku) and lack of a guard makes it an almost exclusively offensive weapon. This matches Naito's fighting style perfectly. He often says that a guard would be pointless to him in a fight, especially since his goal is, in part, to die in combat rather than to his affliction. The sheathe of the sword is the exact color of the hilt and is held diagonally across his back, with the top poking out above his right shoulder. Even with his unreleased blade, Naito is incredibly potent in combat. His weaknesses show once his sword is sheathed, but on the field of battle he finds himself at home.
Zanpakuto Spirit- Naito's inner world appears as an endless, infinite bog filled with swamp trees and gas wells. The dimly lit plane of existence is inhabited by strange flora that make a mockery of nature. These plants share distinct similarities with organs. There are flowers with bloodshot eyes in the center of their buds, bushes that grow livers coated in cirrhosis, and hands with ghastly, broken fingers that grab at nothing from within the swamp-water. This unsettling, downright nightmarish world represents the ever decaying state of Naito's insides due to his disease. The most common organ-plant is a pair of lungs that literally breathes out swamp gas, filling the surrounding areas with the unpleasant aroma of rotting flesh and organic decay. Guests to the inner world are usually warned by Naito, despite the fact that the Kenpachi says very little of the actual nature of these disturbing images. Meanwhile, Naito seems to be completely uncaring about the symbolism of his inner world. While he doesn't overtly step on the organ-plants around him, he doesn't avidly avoid them either, and his path often brushes his haori against the slimy outsides of the disturbing growths.
STOLEN IMAGE
His inner world......
Yuurei, Naito's Zanpakuto spirit, takes the form of a Will o' the Wisp; a ghostly ball of light that seems to flicker in and out of reality. During its free time, the ghostly spirit can be found tending the rotting organ-plants that populate the inner world. This duty seems to be the number one focus of the spirit. It appears to ignore anyone and anything else so long as there is work to be done on it's macabre garden. Should Naito seek to converse with the spirit, he must do so while helping the spirit with its eternal task. Even then, Yuurei is a very odd spirit, and it's rarely much use to converse with it. Every time the spirit talks, it does so by asking a rhetorical question and quickly answering it. What's worse, Yuurei cannot form words with its organ-less body. To speak, see, and hear, the spirit controls the organ-plants that grow around it as catalysts for its senses. This means that an eye will follow either Naito or a guest while a twisted pair of lips, possibly attached to a skin-colored vine, speak to them.
During Shikai, Yuurei seems to buzz around frantically, attempting to use spurts of Reiatsu to quickly heal the degenerating organ-plants. Once Bankai is released, the spirit splits into dozens of different Will o' the Wisps. Each one of these copies inhabits an organ-plant and animates it.
Shikai Incantation- Suikomu, Yuurei (Breathe, Ghost)
Shikai Category- Physical/Utility
Shikai Range- Mid-Range
To unleash the Shikai form of his Zanpakuto, which is only done if an enemy proves challenging enough that it warrants such extremes, Naito generally clears the area with a series of powerful, shock-wave creating slices. He then puts away his sword - if it was already out - and wheezes through his mask, saying, "Breathe. Yuurei." With an oppressive, chilling burst of purple/black Reiatsu, Naito draws his sword from the black scabbard. A white light seems to glow as the sword is drawn, changing it from a long katana into a thick, extended machete-like blade. This blade has no cross-guard, much like Naito's unreleased Zanpakuto. The grip and pommel of the sword are completely unchanged by the Shikai release. One can immediately feel the unnerving power of the released weapon, which is classified as a physical/utility-type Zanpakuto. The machete blade of the weapon seems to fade in and out of the corporeal world, making it look as if the weapon doesn't belong in the same plane as Naito, let alone that of his opponent.

Breath, Yuurei
Techniques-
Inbijiburu Kannan (Incorporeal Affliction)
Utility/Close-Range
Naito's Shikai form is technically classified as a utility Zanpakuto, although many scholars consider it a physical-type as well. The primary purpose of Yuurei's Shikai form is the Inbijiburu Kannan, a technique that allows the sword, Naito, or any combination of the two to become incorporeal at will. When in this state the incorporeal subject, whether it be the Zanpakuto or Naito himself, can glide through physical material as if it weren't there. The incorporeal subject is not granted any form of invisibility, and it can still be seen by the naked eye unless obstructed. This ability is often used in conjunction with Naito's incredibly forward, aggressive fighting style in order bypass a parry and then cut the person behind it. This particular movement oftentimes causes Naito to be wide open to a free attack - a prospect which doesn't seem to bother the Kenpachi in the slightest. Naito also uses this ability to slip into the ground or phase out momentarily to dodge ranged attacks. Unfortunately, only physical objects and assaults can be avoided/bypassed by this ability. Attacks that disturb heat, energy, mental acuity, or any of the five senses are completely unaffected. Particularly skilled opponents may also notice a very short - less than a tenth of a second - lag between the transformations. These lag-periods are the ideal time to deal damage to the Kenpachi, but his skills are often enough to deter such ideas.
Mittomonai Chishio (Ectoplasmic Blood)
Utility Type/Close-Range
The secondary ability of Yuurei's Shikai form is a byproduct of the Inbijiburu Kannan, and as such it is rarely called upon directly by name. Once the first technique is activated, Naito's blood becomes a raw, thin form of ectoplasm. Any sanguine material that escapes his body, whether through his mask or a wound, is a crystal white and cold to the touch. This blood has no offensive properties whatsoever - anyone can come into contact with the blood and feel only a disturbing chill. The positive effects of this Reiryoku-tainted blood are the enhanced healing properties it contains. Naito's wounds cauterize immediately, preventing infection. Non-fatal gashes and cuts are closed and contained within a few dozen seconds, allowing Naito to continue fighting through otherwise debilitating but non-life-threatening wounds. While Shinigami are often capable of surviving grave-looking wounds - ones mortals could never hope to survive - this technique is capable of healing only wounds that can be filled by blood. Missing limbs or organs are completely inconsolable by this technique. While Naito never utilizes his blood in order to heal others, it is capable of it. Direct contact with Naito's white blood can heal wounds as if they were his own.
Kokyuu-Ware (Myself, Breathe for the Angels)
Agument/Close-Range
This is a very specific ability that Naito rarely uses, if only because he considers it hurtful to his goals of dying against a powerful foe. In his words, it stacks the odds in his favor against an otherwise worthy opponent. Should an enemy use a concentrated attack of pure Reiatsu, namely, a Cero, Naito can absorb the energy through his mouth and use it to temporarily heal a significant portion of the damage to his lungs, increasing his power by an enormous factor for a little over a minute. His ventilator has been specially designed to allow for this ability. However, it cannot handle an attack as powerful as a Gran Rey Cero. Such an influx of energy would short the electronics in the ventilator and cause it to shut down or explode, possibly leaving Naito in a very fragile state. Should Naito suspect an enemy of using such a powerful Cero, there is a small chance that he will remove his ventilator in order to absorb the attack. Should this be the case, Naito will immediately try to kill his enemy in the most brutally efficient way possible. Anyone who sees his face without his trust is no longer allowed to live. Once the time span of increased strength is done, Naito's lungs degenerate at a rapid pace, leaving them in the same condition they were before.
Bankai-
Yuurei, Soukutsu-Yowai (Ghost, the Haunted Tender of Souls)
Type- Colossal Extension Release
To activate his Bankai Kenpachi Naito slips his blade into an incorporeal state using the Inbijiburu Kannan. He then clears the area using whatever reaitsu he has to before lifting the sword towards his face. Naito's head looks up as he stabs the incorporeal blade down his mask and into his throat, where a white light appears just under his pale skin. When the Zanpakuto is pulled out, nothing seems to have changed. Then, a few moments later, a terrifying spike of Reiatsu spreads outwards from the Kenpachi, blowing anyone but Captain-class enemies into dust. Then, as if on queue, the white light within Naito's chest and neck increases in intensity. Approximately a hundred white orbs, each of which looks like a Will o' the Wisp, burst forth from his chest and burn away the front of his uniform. These white entities begin floating around the Kenpachi, releasing a humming sound as they zip from place to place, ignoring any material in between them and their goal. Once the transformation is complete, Naito wheezes once more, saying, "Bankai. Yuurei, Soukutsu-Yowai." In Bankai, Naito's strength, speed, and other abilities are obviously increased by a tremendous amount. He retains the abilities of his Shikai and gains two more. Because of the Kido-like nature of this release, Naito rarely uses it unless he happens upon a truly spectacular enemy. This is also the release that allowed him to kill the previous Kenpachi with ease, making it one of the most controversial and avoided releases, as well.
Shoutaku (Will o' the Wisp)
Offensive/Mid-Range
Naito's Zanpakuto is centered around the Will o' the Wisps. The hovering orbs that appear upon the Bankai's release are all incorporeal. They cannot become substantial or interact with any physical matter that isn't Reiatsu-based. This makes them completely useless as a defensive technique, as they cannot protect Naito from any incoming attacks. They can glide through him as well if he is incorporeal, when he is not they will avoid him. However, when they whiz at high speeds through any material, living or not, they leave a path of withered, cold desiccation in their wake. These routes are drained of their structural integrity through almost instantaneous decay. In living creatures it seems as though the flesh has been wracked by a degenerative disease, although it doesn't spread. These attacks can slaughter lesser enemies with one glide through a major organ - the heart, brain, spine, kidneys, and stomach are all common targets. Powerful enemies, such as Captains, Espada or other particularity powerful opponents have more resilient organs, and might require more than one intersecting pass before total decay occurs. The orbs are controlled by Naito's mental will. They are in no way self-sufficient. Although if the decay dosn't kill them, the pain from the disintegration is absolutely unbearable. Should Naito be knocked unconscious the orbs are affected as well.
Katana no Makeinu (Blades of the Fallen)
Offensive/Mid-Range
When his injuries have mounted to a near-fatal level, Riezo can will any amount of his Will o' the Wisps to mimic the shape of his sword. These spirit blades can turn corporeal, unlike their previous forms, and can interact directly with the world around them. They can block attacks like a normal Zanpakuto and make powerful strikes of their own, causing opponents great distress, no matter how powerful, as they find themselves fighting a battle on all sides against monstrously powerful melee weapons. These blades hold the same incorporeal, degenerative ability that their previous forms do, and can effect much larger areas thanks to their enhanced size. Despite this change, the main blade, which is in Naito's hand, is incapable of dealing any sort of damage while it's incorporeal. In a final attempt to bring his opponent down, Naito will often phase all of the blades in and out randomly in order to take an opponent by complete surprise. No opponent as of yet has survived this method of attack, and is has been nicknamed the "Dance of Death" by those who have seen it during Naito's training sessions.
STOLEN IMAGE
Dance of Death
Makeinu Tanabiku (Fallen Wisps)
Offensive/Deep-Range
Riezo has one final move that only one other person has seen. Not even the Gotei 13 know about this technique. He refuses to use this technique, unless he knows he will die otherwise. In this technique he holds his sword in front of him and says Mure (Wisp), and the sword seemingly fades out of existence. Suddenly area around him turns deathly cold and the balls of light that were whizzing around stop dead. They hover for a second, as a few seconds pass of absolute silence, no reatsu, no movement, nothing. Then suddenly with a massive flare of reaitsu, each wisp burst into a thin, very long, streamlined tendril. These threads then flail around him slowly, waiting for Reizo to use them. There about a hundred threads, since each Will'o the Wisp becomes one tendril. These tendrils can extend an unknown amount of distance and can mover frighteningly fast. Not only that there are powerful enough to easily lift a large man up and choke him to death at the same time. There are strong enough to even impale people. The most terrifying thing about these tendrils is that the hold the same incorporeal/corporeal properties as the Blades of the Fallen. They can grab while corporeal and decay when incorporeal. These threads are seemingly attached to Naito, and like the the Blades before them are no way self-sustaining. Another reason The Kenpachi doesn't use this technique is that he loses the ability to attack with his sword, thusly despite having complete mastery over this technique, goes out his comfort zone. No one except his late lover knows about this technique, and for there sake won't ever know of it.
