How attributes work!
Constitution
-A man with only one arm is quite the claim to hold any strength, this man however, is quite the opposite. His missing limb is viewed as a lumbering weakness unto him. Leading him to attempt to force the weakness out of his body through constant exercise to even out his body, those that would view him weaker than normal for missing a right arm would be sorely mistaken.-
-Strength: 18
-Endurance: 18
Dexterity
-Fleet of foot is the spy's greatest assets, aside from an endearing mind. His feet were made to bring him within the throngs of the enemy and out without being seen. Speed is essential in moving between when they cannot see, when he must be soft and cannot be heard. His speed is that of a rivals closely to the higher echelon on the second division. The accuracy is still hoed true, and acts as a fallback to his days in the Onmitsukido. Still giving his hand a good aim, and blade a fantastic flourish-
-Agility: 25
-Accuracy: 20
Zanjustu
-Little known fact of the spy is that their subtlety and "watch-and-wait" approach, does not necessarily mean they are ones without claws and fangs, they still must show the exact discipline of the second squad, drawing his blade for assassinations when the second squad couldn't be reached or his exact qualifications needed. Giger is one to flourish a skilled blade in the face of danger. Little would an opponents know that this one armed man is rather skilled in the use of blade, while unable to meet foes' toe-to-toe without the release of his shikai, he uses his second greatest asset to out maneuver his opponent. Aptly named, Ataru Form. He uses blazing speed, graceful acrobatics, and confusing footwork to confuse and bewilder opponents with fluid strikes to confuse an opponent. Yet while released. He relies on a more brutish forms of Juyo or overpowering form of Djem-So to get things done. His hand-to-hand competency is still as strong as it used to be. First trained in the hand-to-hand arts with second division, it only became stronger as his shikai revealed itself a form fitting gauntlet.-
-Attack: 23
-Defense: 22
Kidou
-His Kidou suffers greatly in his expense. Being more one attuned to the specialization of a spy, his acts revolve around silence and subterfuge than anything flashy and too exuberant. He must remain subtle and unseen while on assignment and thus kidou doesn't exactly fit the bill. His personal training left his kidou works untouched and were left to sit and rust in his repertoire. It would be akin to the last few untouched pages of a maestro's symphonic portfolio, they exist, yet are never touched and act as mantle pieces. By no means is he incapable of Kidou, he would be on equal terms of the third or even fourth seat shinigami of the kidou corp. He has come to supply his lack of kidou with gadgetry and tricks, to gain the upper hand.-
-Hadou: 5
-Bakudou: 5
Perception
-The true moment where Giger shines, as per metaphor. Giger's wit is sharp and his mind a whetstone. So keen into detail's, he could tell you everything about yourself by your manner of dress. How one would hold themselves and even their temperament by their gait. It is how he was brought up in the academy, his attention to detail brought his actions to the eyes of the Seireitei's spy legion, where he fit in naturally.
-Intelligence: 26
-Concentration: 15
Presence
-While shape in his mind, his tongue is more bronzed than silver. Always in preference to short quick words than to be articulate. The life of espionage is a solitary one. His preference is into action than reaction. Commanding only small squads of one to two shinigami at a time leaves much in the room of grand scheme operation. Believing solo personal strength to be the epitome of a being, usually forces to be by himself mostly. His shadowy reputation, method of thinking, and darker actions leave him an enigma to the rest of the soul society and few would tend to be swayed by his words, leaving only his station to carry any sort of authority on his words. As secretive as he is, he prefers working alone, even so much as giving his subordinates an outline of what he wants done and letting them do it their way. In an odd sort of happenings, he's gain some favoritism amongst his squad for his ease in assignments of letting them carry out the assignment on a personal basis. Thusly he doesn't interact with people much and tends to his own devices.-
-Charisma: 10
-Leadership: 13
Appearance:
Giger takes on the role of a normal individual. Now this seems quite strange to base an appearance on, but to the untrained eye he would blend in with the crowd. He is someone that would be looked at and then simply forgotten the next second. Nothing about him stands out, and thats how he's kept it. It is the essence of the third division to be subtle in action and nothing works better than someone so easily forgotten. His style and clothing scream "common, bland, etc". It is his method of approach when not actively trying to stealth his way through a crowd or to take the lower path.
To fill this role his shinigami clothing is, without surprise, incredibly bland even in regards for a captain. He wears a three piece uniform, not including his captain haori, it consists of tight-fitting special ops uniform for high mobility. Thin fabrics covering and wrapping his arms and torso, while the chest piece consists of a centralized padding for minor protection yet unhindered mobility, ontop of which is more of a common sight between the shinigami of the land, the standard black haori/hakama get-up. His own ticks showing through how he wears it. It is larger than normal flowing heavily over and down his arms, lowering themselves far below his fingers. Mix matched hatching lines in the fabric meant to confuse the eye and draw attention to a skewed designed and disorient the eye. Sitting down would look towards a massive pile of randomly assorted clothes wif a cute lil person sitting under them, even to the point of being able to hide completely in them. His haori is slung over his shoulder's as more of a cloak and mantle than an official Captain's jacket, it would be hard to wear it any other way. The placement leaves the emblem over his right shoulder, learning his past mistakes and defiantly showing that the wound will not slow him down nor stop him from protecting his squad.
There is a disturbing little reason for his clothing, a secret so secret hes even tried to keep it from himself. The dirty little tid-bit of of his clothes being so baggy and large is the hide the fact that he is infact missing his right arm. Lost after a skirmish with quite the assortment of powerful arrancar. It came down to the fact of escaping without the arm, or dying. While being able to fight and fend them off with his skill, he was by no means in anyway capable of taking on such opponents, few in the seireitei could achieve that would have survived, as such the only reason he lived so long against them was for his fleet of foot, in the end fighting them off left him with half a right scapula and scars to remind him of that sortie. It solely is the reason he wears such clothing, and is quick to shed his outer level of clothing while engaging enemies and uses the flowing robes for surprising attacks. It is also to hidden in his movements, he walks with ease and soft foot-falls that beguile his nature also appearing to always have his hands in his lap or even crossed. The long flowing sleeves keep an enemy guessing (And obviously hide his missing limb while he moves). And when he engages, the overcoat is kept on for as long as possible until it is absolutely needed to be abandoned.
The underclothing is vastly similar to the same attire as the second squad. It is tight, freeforming and meant to provide an amount of protection which still being able to move as soft and silently as possible. It makes since seeing how he was the former third seat. Everything about him is short and streamlined. Hair is kept short and feathered, keeping its style simply because it has nowhere to go in it's length. His face in thin and wry, showing off a handsome youth despite a distant persona. A large scar adorns his should to the middle of his right pectoralis muscle. His body is riddled with lines of wrought muscle, well defined lines of the human canvas, quite his pride. He keeps his body tuned and up to date with training regiments and the finest dietary supplements the 12th division has to offer. This training is derived from his incident in which his arm was lost. He believes himself weak, hellishly weak even. So much that he drives himself daily to pain; to become stronger. Psychological pain wracks his mind, believing himself unable to protect his squad if it were to happen again. And that he cannot let happen.
His loyalty for the second division and his former commandant shows its pride as a tattoo upon his left scapula,a stylized number "23" with a line striking between the two. In his own homage to both divisions, placed upon his left shoulder in personal requiem that with his remaining arm he would protect both sects with his remaining strength. The striking line between them represents his transfer from second division into third.

Weaknesses: (Everyone has them, in various areas. A minimum of one decent paragraph.)
The most obvious and discerning weakness that blares like a siren over amplifiers, is his lack of a right arm. As obvious as it can be, he can be easily overpowered by stronger opponents. The right side of his body is obviously less feasible to protect due to this also. A stern psychological scar haunts his mind of this loss, Blaming himself for a feign weakness, berating himself quietly and silently to himself when he comes to fail a task because of his limb. Sometimes even stooping to drinking heavily to drown out the fact that he may not be able to protect anyone or do his job efficiently because of his own mistakes, and thus berates his own body and mind for fallacies out of his control.
As stated above, his kidou suffers harshly, to an extend comparable to the kidou corp's lieutenant and below. His kidou sufferings began at the failure where he lost his arm. Even with the use of said kidou, he barely scrapped by, thusly he began to shun the use of personal kidou as a means to someone who relys on something for the weak. Although that is not the absolute beginning of why he detests the use of kidou, but merely set the writing in stone. It all began with the induction into the second squad, where silence was key. Here he saw the use of kidou working agaisnt the principals of the assassin, and chose not to expand his metaphorical vocabulary of kidou.

Technique Name: "Kuro no kurīpu" - "Black Creep"
Technique Category: (Augment)
Technique Range: (Close)
Technique Description:
Arguably Giger's personal trump card. One that allows him to control the tempo of a fight. Whether it be for hit and run tactics or as a pure escape mechanism, or even to give him the edge in a fight. Giger' touch of the gauntleted arm reveals to be a poisonous one. Not one that poisons the blood or body, but of the mind and features. For every touch releases a part of Giger's own reishi into a living organism. This reiatsu is as black as the night and appears just under skin level, crawling towards the head to gather in the eyes. Upon contact the blackened reiatsu immediately begins to follow the nervous system causing havoc along the way. At first, an afflicted would feel a slight numbing at the area of contact. That numbness will then follow the black patch of reiatsu as it travels up the body, causing other problems as it reaches more centralized nervous processes. The main objective of this 'poison' is to reach the head, where it can cause nausiating elements, partial blindness, slurred motor skills, and other motor-based effects. More major cases include severe nausea, incapability to maintained balance, temporary but complete blindness, and severe loss of motor skills.
Upon reaching the eyes, the primary symptom the victim would begin experiencing is a blurring of vision, giving a their eyes a darkened look visible in the veins of the eyes surrounded by redness through irritation. Next, a sound of ringing occurring in the ears. This is the poison entering the inner ear and agitating the hammer. the easiest vector is accessing the retinal canal, from there it will disperse throughout the cranial cavity.
Of course this ability isn't as useful as it seems at first glance. Firstly, the 'poison' that he is to afflict is simply his own converted reiatsu. Meaning that against other reiatsu based being, small portions are largely unable to permit any sort of damage beside a slight numbness. As the bodies of other reishi based lifeform's subconsciously filter this toxin out of their bodies, rendering it almost obsolete to begin with. However, prolonged exposure only strengthens this poison and it's symptoms, making it harder to be rid of as more exposure is shown. In terms of needed exposure, grabbing the arm for a mere ten seconds only gives the inebriated a numbness of the area and very minor delayed reactions. As more and more time passes without exposure, the user's body should be able to fight off the creep. Yet, at a proficient captain's level, the reduction capabilities of one's body would be one-to-one, for every second Giger isn't infecting them, they can remove one seconds worth of the creep.
Bankai Name: "Dāku kōka jishō no chiheisen" - "Dark Descent, Event Horizon"
Bankai Category: (Colossal Extension)
Bankai Description:
With a whirring vibration on the air, the sound of the area is quickly extinguished. No matter the decibel range of whatever sounds came before, upon the release of bankai, all audible noises are replaced by this quiet hum so much as yelling into someone's face is purely moot. Yet the persistent sound has an origin, that which emanates from Giger himself. The hum resonates into the surrounding area, affecting the landscape only visible in an objects shadow. To break laws of physics, this hum emitted from Giger draws upon these shadows. Tearing away the shadows from the natural scenery to gather at his feet. Leaving any nearby object unable to cast a shadow. This is the Event Horizon. A pool of darkness and shadows that forms a two dimensional circular sphere at his feet. His appearance changes slightly, yet significantly after entering bankai.
The gauntlet that formed at his arm as a shikai, slowly begins dissipating as mist on the air. What remains if a muscular straight black arm that proportions to his body type well. His outer layer of clothing would be forced away if it hadn't already left him. His left arm now mimicking the black one, this darkness seeming upwards towards his biceps. The pool at his feet creeping up onto his body and seeping up into his midriff. While on the ground the shadows contour to the scenery, a pool only as large as the shadow's he has taken from in a twenty meter area. If he is ever to leave the ground, the pool rapidly scales his body, covering him in a black film like substance yet offers no new ability, merely clinging to his body for his own use. Upon returning to the ground, they would descend him, rendering it back into the pool surrounding himself.
His most noteable transformation is in the eyes. The black creep that so afflicts enemies is turned into his own eyes without it's penalty. The entirety of his eye become pitch black, as if to swallow whatever light touches it, giving the color of his eyes more of a dark sky than a shiny gloss. His pupil replaced with a circular, ring like structure. The ring, or as he'd deem, his event horizon, shines with a brilliant light when viewed, yet in darkness remains unseen.
Yet Giger is entirely limited to the shadows that encompass a radius of twenty meters around him. Meaning that if he moved to a range where a shadow's originating point is now ten meters away from Giger, the shadow he took would dissipate from his pool and reappear being cast from the original object. In the absence of the casted shadows, that area is not illuminated by some sudden burst of light, but is merely shown as if the light source is unaffected by the shadow stolen object and light passes easily through it. In an entirely blacked out warehouse or at a non-moon lit night, if bankai is activated there would simply be no light in the area, his pool would not become indefinite as he's already take the shadows from the area, and despite the still looming darkness, there would be nothing to take.
Technique Name: "Burakkumō" - "Black Maw"
Technique Category: (Offensive)
Technique Range: (Long Range)
Technique Description:
The pool of darkness at his feet becomes the weapon, with mere thought the darkness at his feet bends to his slightest will. As if an entire extension of his body, the pool can take any shape he so well desires. As long as there is enough darkness at his feet to form the object, his imagination is his only limiting factor. For example, if he wished to draw a spear equaling ten square feet of said darkness, the pool would shrink by the same amount.
