Okay. In my character's history there is a now-11th-Lieutenantish Mikoto Ayamasa, whom Ueno befriended in his sixth year in the academy. Aya was in his tenth year, having graduated to the second level of classes a year or two prior.
Aya was always a violent, rambunctious man, but in spite of his mild dislike of nobles in general, Morei found a good friend in him. It is partially because of Aya that Morei is as skilled with his Zanpakuto as he is.
Aside from that, and the fact that Aya is a bit older than Morei, but not much? Everything else is up to you if you want him!
