I know that we really do not want to increase the amount of stats and make this into a number crunch, but I think some changes may be in order. What we have is nearly perfect, but one issue has always sorta stuck out to me as a flaw and that Is the zanjutsu stat. Originally we were told about the four shinigami skills with not much said about them. Later we find out the zanjutsu actually is swordsmanship or the skill with said weapon should it not be a sword.
To use my own character as an example of this flaw, I have a high stat for my zanjutsu defense as my zanpakuto's abilities are completely focused on barriers and binding with the minimum in offense as it completely lacks any offensive skills. Yet my zanpakutou itself, the needle and thread, is completely offensive as blocking with it is quite difficult.
Thus I'd propose that the two actually be separated, with one section representing the individuals actual swordsmanship and the other their zanpakuto abilities. Below you can see the new stats I propose.
To make an unrelated observation, I also think the accuracy stat is somewhat mislabeled for what it is actually used for. There is really no good name for it, but I think perhaps reflexes would be a accurate moniker for what it represents.
Additionally I think concentration is a bit off for what it represents, but I don't exactly have a good word to replace it. Resistance? Essence? Perhaps reserve would be better?
Constitution
-Strength: Physical prowess and the weight of one's blows.
-Endurance: How long one can withstand injuries, resist pain, and use physical assaults.
Dexterity
-Agility: Speed at which one can run and their ability to perform movement techniques.
-Reflexes: Speed of one's hands and ability to overcome an opponent's dodges.
Zanjutsu / Weapon Skill /
-Offensive: Skill in which one wields their weapon to deliver attacks.
-Defensive: Skill in which one wields their weapon to protect oneself.
Technique
-Offensive: The damage that can be dealt with their unique techniques from zanpakutō, resurrección, ect.
-Defensive: The damage can be prevented with their unique techniques from zanpakutō, resurrección, ect.
Kidō / Natural Abilities / Quincy Spell /
-Hadō / Offensive: The power and rank of one's offensive abilities available to everyone of their race.
-Bakudō / Defensive: The power and rank of one's defensive abilities available to everyone of their race.
(Hollows and Fullbringers do not have these categories.)

-Intelligence: One's ability to analyze situations, retain information, and solve problems,
-Concentration: Ability to perform a greater number of non-physical techniques as well as resist binding abilities.
Presence
-Charisma: The social skills of the individual and ability to charm others into accepting you or your point of view.
-Leadership: One's ability to command an organization and successfully utilize the roles of others.
(Leadership is an essential skill to become a Captain, Espada, or anyone with others who follow their lead.)
