Fullbringers
These humans are unique in that their power is derived from the fact that their mother was attacked by a hollow during their pregnancy. Thus a trace of this remained behind with them and as a result their powers actually resemble something closer to a hollow than a shinigami.
Their ability revolves around bringing the soul out of objects, revealing that in reality every item secretly has one. By pulling on these souls they can actually change it's properties, such as using the soul of water so they can walk on it without falling through. Thus the techniques they can perform are extremely versatile, but this power does come at the flaw of using their physical bodies. As such it requires rigorous training to build the endurance to sustain these feats.
Fullbring Techniques
Kangen Hikari - Bringer Light
Named after the flickering of green luminescence upon it's activation, this is their high-speed movement which can actually be performed in a number of ways. By pulling on the soul of concrete, they an increase it's elasticity to rebound of of it. They can do this similarly with air to not only increase their speed, but also to strengthen their blows. It is through this technique that their frail physical bodies can keep up with spiritual beings.
Mono Aishou - Object Affinity
The fullbringers unique powers come from a deep connection and emotion associated with an object. Using this object they can bring the soul out of it to create specialized techniques which can vary greatly depending on the item. Despite how widely different the souls of objects can manifest themselves as, it can be said that they fall into specific categories.
Fullbring Classification
Armament-Type
The most offensive of the fullbring types, this manifestation focuses itself entirely into a weapon which grants the wielder enhanced martial capabilities and acts as a delivery method in which to channel their abilities within an assault.

Clad-Type
The most defensive of the fullbring types, this manifestation clothes the user in an armor that allows them to weather direct assaults and provides a method in which to channel their abilities while still sheltering themselves against enemy retaliation.

Spatial-Type
This type of fullbring is capable of creating a partition in the world within a certain radius, effectively creating a separate dimension cut off from the normal realm. Within this personal dimension they are capable of altering reality in numerous ways such as changing gravity which can render the enemy thrown off-balance as to the realms oddities.

Temporal-Type
This type of fullbring is capable of warping the flow of time through using projectiles that create a small area of distortion where they may drastically speed up or slow down the chronology within it. Creatively this can be used to reverse attacks or wounds from never happening, or setting timers on conditions which contain consequences.

"Harmony"
Following the recent increase in individuals with "exceptional" capabilities, more specifically on a spiritual level, these individuals have been labeled as "Fullbringers". As this growth continued it seems that an organization has emerged which has branded itself "Harmony". The specifics or origins of this organization are at this moment a mystery, even to the Gotei 13 which has only recently learned of its existence. What currently is know about Harmony is that it is an organization with a structure much similar to a corporation, as it seemingly has endless access to an abundance of resources, be it: currency, property, personnel, intelligence, etc. Most importantly, it seems that there are an exceptional number of Fullbringers under their employment, which is quite relevant to their objective (which they have openly stated to those they contact). It seems that currently is seeking out, identifying and contacting Fullbringers across to globe and recruiting them through various methods. Apparently they desire to discover all Fullbringers and make educate them about their "condition" (as many are unaware about what exactly they are) so they can proceed to unify them under the banner of Harmony, bringing stability to their kind, as they are convinced to be the apex of human existence. The specifics of their agenda and exact goal for doing this is currently unknown, even to members of their organization. The way they contact their potential recruits varies from target to target, however it is clear that once they have discovered new Fullbringers that they will leave no option unexplored to draft these individuals into their employment (whether it be by force or their own personal choice). These Fullbringers seemingly have little choice in the matter, Harmony claims all Fullbringers as members of their cause by default.
Many of those drawn into this organization work for them on a "freelance" basis, as in that they are contacted and simply given the details of the task they must perform. These tasks can vary widely in nature, though most have some ulterior goal related to a spiritual nature. Resistance against this organization is ill advised as they go to any lengths to insure the obedience of their subjects, using any amount of physical force or emotional blackmailing necessary. It is apparent that Harmony's involvement in matters are of a dark nature, handled with ruthlessness and without empathy for those affected by their actions, only seeking to realize the objectives they have set out. Yet, the seemingly biggest mystery revolving this corporate empire is who exactly is in charge? Even amongst the Gotei 13 there exist no information regarding who are at the top of this illusive group, or whether it is even more than one person. Only vague ideas exist about the location of the leadership, though it has been established that Harmony possesses a headquarters somewhere in the material world. Its location however is currently unknown to even their recruits.
