I'm startin' a new thread just for the sake of makin' things less confusing. We have two issues I'd like to address. The first is the leadership stat. For many this is merely a dump stat. Furthermore in reality one's leadership ability is really combination of charisma and intellect. Thus I propose that we use them as a determine for leadership when someone applies to such a position and we replace it with somethin' else. The problem then becomes tryin' to think up a stat to replace it. Really we have so much covered already that the only one I can find left is Willpower. I think the purpose of this would be as a measure of someones resolve and as a resistance against mind altering effects, pain, fear, ect. Do you guys think this is a good idea? Any suggestions for somethin' else? The second issue is that we don't have a balance with the individual scale of the stats. What I mean by this is the scale leading above and below average. Here is the system as is. Note how average is not actually balanced in the middle. Here we have the ability to go a point beyond above average without hitting the max, but if you go a point beyond below average you hit the minimum. Thus we have two options. Either increasing them to seven or decreasing them to five. Each has their own advantages and disadvantages. I'd like to know which you guys prefer.

Willpower seems just fine to me really, I can roll with it. As for stat amount I'm personally more on the boat for 5, but I don't think 7 is a bad idea either.

My preference goes with 5, partially because I'm bad with numbers. xD
