Creation is as simple as typing it out. Fill out the form below, then show your character creating it through plots/story/threading.
Technique Name: Name your skill whatever you want, you are not required to follow the typical Bleach naming convention (Shini - Japanese, Arrancar - Spanish, Quincy - Hollow)

Body Governing Stat: Pick the stat that either most likely reflects what the technique would, or explain how it would follow something likely different.
Mind Governing Skill: Pick the skill that either most likely follows what the technique would, or explain how it would follow something likely different.
Spirit Governing Stat: Pick the stat that either most likely follows what the technique would, or explain how it would follow something likely different.
Description: Your description needs to be at least long enough for us to understand it, make of it what you will.
Rules--
-The governing must at least make sense towards the skills. Such as not using strength for energy based attacks.
-Any new technique (previously unknown to the character) must be taken as if at the Beginner level, if a reason for previous experience is not given.
-Similar to as if experiencing something for the first time, a character must train up their skill from infancy. As such, things may go awry in it not activating or even going wrong and then the accident happens.
Beginner - Experienced - Mastery
Unlike your Body, Mind, and Spirit blocks, these levels may progress quickly.
