Evolution corresponds to the expansion of the character, through body, mind, and spirit.
How this process works is with ____ steps. Declare your character so we know what to deal with. Link the last time, if any, you applied for evolution. Lastly, supply an amount of links to complete threads as proof for growth. After which, the staff will go though the threads and determine an appropriate amount of distribution points or available skill enhancements.
If points or upgrades are applied to the character, the threads used will be recorded and cannot be used for future upgrades. If points are not granted, threads may be reused in future evolution applications
